Institutional workflow

One workspace for access, teaching and reporting

PrepEx keeps the operational work around CELPIP-General preparation attached to the students doing it.

01

Managed institutional access

Provision a product-specific seat pool, invite students by email, and keep personal payment details out of the classroom workflow.

02

Batch student invitations

Add one learner or paste a prepared email list. Pending, active, and available capacity stays visible to the institution.

03

Assignments and due dates

Choose the exact practice students need, add instructions and a due date, then follow assigned and completed work.

04

Student activity

See recent practice, attempts, section patterns, and students who need attention without rebuilding the same view in a spreadsheet.

05

Progress reports

Review strengths and focus areas, add teacher notes, and export a current progress PDF for program or learner review.

06

Reusable seat capacity

Revoke a seat when a learner finishes and assign the available capacity to another student during the same institutional term.

Program design

Why CELPIP programs need part-by-part practice

CELPIP-General compresses a wide range of everyday, workplace and community language into one sitting. A learner who can write a clear email may still struggle with survey persuasion, viewpoints, predictions or a difficult spoken situation.

PrepEx lets teachers separate those problems. Assign one Reading part, one Listening part, one Writing task or one of the eight Speaking tasks, then use the student's next attempt to decide what to teach next.

Assignments

Assign all 20 CELPIP-General task families

Move from broad CELPIP homework to the exact part a learner needs to repeat.

  • Reading Correspondence, Diagrams, Information and Viewpoints
  • All six CELPIP Listening parts
  • Writing an Email and Responding to Survey Questions
  • Giving Advice and Talking about a Personal Experience
  • Describing, Predicting, Comparing, Persuading and Expressing Opinions
  • Full CELPIP-General practice tests
